On August 18, 2026, the BIRTV2026 Theme Forum and Recommended Projects Announcement Ceremony was held at Beijing International Hotel Convention Center. Following multiple rounds of rigorous expert evaluation and selection, two of SEEDER’s self-developed core products — the S-VM2000 IP UHD Switcher and RB20EH9M Robotic Elevating Pan/Tilt Head System — were successfully selected as “BIRTV2026 Recommended Projects.”

S-VM2000 IP UHD Video Switcher | The Next-Generation Core for All-Media IP Production

The S-VM2000 is SEEDER’s fully self-developed next-generation IP UHD production core, with comprehensive support for the ST 2110 family of broadcast standards.

Built on a 400G high-speed network architecture, the S-VM2000 delivers ultra-low-latency switching, multi-layer 4K UHD video compositing, HDR color gamut conversion, and eight full-function keyers per ME for advanced live production.

The system integrates audio mixing, intelligent scene snapshots, automated macro recording, and Tally integration, providing an integrated solution for efficient production and reliable broadcasting. It supports 24/7 continuous operation and is suitable for a wide range of applications, including studio production, live sports broadcasting, remote IP production, and virtual studios.

The S-VM2000 has passed authoritative testing by CMA and CNAS-accredited laboratories and has been successfully deployed in benchmark broadcast and media production projects, including the Zhejiang Satellite TV China Blue New Media Platform UHD Intelligent Media Studio.

It provides a powerful hardware foundation for the industry’s transition toward all-media, UHD, and IP production.

RB20EH9M Robotic Elevating Pan/Tilt Head System | 9-Meter Fully Automated Elevation for Major Outdoor Productions

The RB20EH9M Robotic Elevating Pan/Tilt Head System is a broadcast-grade automated camera solution specially designed for major political events, large-scale sporting events, cultural and tourism performances, and AR/VR/XR virtual production applications.

The system provides fully automated elevation up to 9 meters, with a maximum lifting travel of 6 meters. Its unique high-position camera capability enables spectacular elevated and overhead shots, making it an essential camera-position solution for large-scale outdoor live productions.

The system adopts absolute encoders, eliminating the need for calibration after startup and preventing cumulative positioning errors. Powered by AI algorithms, it automatically generates smooth multi-point motion trajectories. Combined with telephoto image stabilization and rapid start/stop anti-shake technology, the system maintains stable and smooth images even during high-speed movement.

The RB20EH9M outputs 23-bit high-precision FREE-D tracking data and seamlessly integrates with major third-party virtual production platforms. With open TCP/IP protocol support, it can also connect to third-party automation control systems, enabling multi-device coordination and one-click recall of a large number of shooting scenes.

With intelligent remote control capabilities, the system significantly reduces the risk of operator error during major live events.

The RB20EH9M has undergone practical testing in multiple major national-level events and has served major broadcast assignments including the 93rd Anniversary Parade and the 15th National Games of China. Its stable and reliable performance in complex outdoor environments has enabled its widespread application in major outdoor events, sports productions, and cultural and tourism performances, helping transform large-scale event filming toward standardized and automated production.
