The S-VTR400 12G is a multi-channel SDI recorder/player that supports up to 4 4K/HD channels simultaneously. In 4K/HD mode, it can handle quad channels for recording or playback. It can be software-upgraded to support one 8K channel, enabling 1 channel for recording or playback in 8K mode. The equipment is equipped with four 12G-SDI audio-video interfaces and supports dual 10GbELAN (NAS/transfer), USB 3.1, and other data interfaces, as well as a network remote control interface.
Supports encoding and decoding in formats like H.264, H.265, ProRes, compatible with various post-production software. Files can be stored locally on SSD or external NAS storage, and in emergencies, playback via USB is possible. The equipment supports browsing, selecting, and editing of materials, playback of files and playlists with multiple playback strategies, and follows a workflow of simultaneous recording, editing, and broadcasting.
Enables multi-machine main & backup synchronization, ensuring precise synchronization control between main and backup equipment, real-time synchronization of playback playlists on primary and backup machines, and cross-equipment transfer of materials and playlist files, making recording and playback work safer and more reliable.
Based on an X86 general computing architecture and embedded operating system, it utilizes the latest CPU+GPU elastic computing for recording, playback, and audio-video processing. It comes with standard dual-power supply modules, designed to resist viruses and backdoors, ensuring stable operation 24/7, and is well-suited for applications such as recording, broadcasting, and highlights playback in 8K/4K studios and OB vans.
Standard configuration includes two 2TB high-speed hot-swappable SSDs in dual M.2 slots and redundant power supplies.
