RBCS10 Robotic Control Panel

The RBCS10 robotic control panel is designed for SEEDER's robotic series operations. It utilizes a multifunctional joystick for selecting and managing the robotic pan-tilt head, robotic crane, or rail robotic system. It enables control of the robotic jib arm's horizontal and vertical movements, pan-tilt movements, camera focus, zoom, and iris adjustments, as well as rail system horizontal and forward/backward movements. It supports one-to-many control, where one robotic control panel can connect and control up to 8 robotics.

Startup buttons are color-coded and feature corresponding physical keys, ensuring program production safety.

It runs on the Win11 operating system architecture and can preset 32 programs, each with 16 sequences and each sequence containing 16 scenes, with 20-speed adjustments. Different program scenes correspond to independent backend operations. The large-screen panel displays the jib arm's horizontal and vertical positions, pan-tilt positions, camera lens zoom, focus, iris positions, camera spatial XYZ coordinate motion parameters, scene presets, and scene preset sequence operations, with a countdown display of the running time. Start-stop anti-shake function can be achieved without adjusting complex parameters. Acceleration and deceleration of curvilinear motion trajectories are implemented through AI algorithms, allowing the system to automatically match and generate optimized motion parameters. When using Canon or Fujinon lenses, the virtual tracking FREE-D output data can automatically implement lens delay. The robotic's IP address, control IP address, and FREE-D UDP output port can all be customized. Customizable settings include the robot crane's up/down/left/right position limits and the pan-tilt head position limits.

A six-axis simulated control stick, with a feel and damping that completely simulate broadcast-grade camera operations, making it easy and convenient to use. Zoom and focus are integrated into the control stick with a moderately damped zoom button, allowing for operation with the thumb.

The system includes light recognition functionality, with the control panel screen displaying buttons in different colors based on the robotic's operating status.

It supports one-to-many control, where one robotic control panel can connect and control up to 8 robotics.

It utilizes the 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-1230U processor, with a base frequency of 1GHz and a maximum turbo frequency of 4.4GHz (P core). It is a 10-core 12-thread processor with a 12MB L3 cache. It includes a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD, 16GB LPDDR5 5200MHz dual-channel memory. It supports the 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6E) network protocol. The display features a 13.3" OLED super retina screen with a resolution of 2880 × 1800, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and supports ten-point touch control.
