RBL12CR3 Robotic Crane

The SEEDER RBL12CR3 robotic crane system is developed for automatic shooting of AR, VR, XR, MR or real scene in various broadcast studios, remote photography, government, education, event live and so on. Light weight, flexible and cost-effective are part of its main features. Optical and dynamic collision avoidance technology makes the equipment run safety and stably. Meanwhile, anti shake technology, noise reduction technology and AI curvilinear motion technology ensure the shooting of complex motion video and meet every need of professional broadcast television Applications.

The robotic control panel can manage the crane's movement in XYZ directions, the robotic pan-tilt head, zoom, focus and iris via network control. Supports up to 8 robotic shooting devices, stores up to 32 programs, each with 16 sequences and 16 scenes per sequence, allowing a total of 8,192 editable scenes. The system includes two sets of control systems, namely built-in and external, which can be quickly switched for use. It comes with an emergency operation button as standard. It allows an operator to easily create dynamic moves such as W or S without losing camera orientation. The saved movements can be triggered with just one click. or even automatically. New movements can be created within minutes and existing movements can be modified easily. Seamlessly integrates with studio control systems like SEEDER SEEART, Vizrt MOSART, ROSS Overdrive, and GrassValley, supports graphic systems such as Vizrt, ZD, Brainstorm, UE5, and more.

1. Modules are independent, allow 10-minute quick assembly, and require no tools throughout the entire process.

2. Rapid start stop anti shake technology.

3. According to the starting point position and motion time, AI automatically calculate the curve motion trajectory and motion acceleration/deceleration function, and can achieve smooth curve motion of 16 consecutive points.

4. Absolute value encoders record motion positions and tracking data with a tracking accuracy of <0.00034° (1,000,000/360°). And one-time calibration.

5. Supports Canon and Fujinon full servo lenses. Comes standard with a lens servo system that can control zoom, focus and iris for handheld cameras, DSLRs, etc.

6. Comes standard with a VR tracking module, simultaneously outputs high-precision FREE-D tracking data through RS422 and directed UDP network. Achieves lens delay based on automatically identified built-in lens tracking data delay. CCD offset values can be set.

7. Independently output high-precision FREE-D tracking data through RS422 and 8 UDP channels, seamlessly integrating with AR, VR, XR, and MR devices.

8. Standard TCP/IP network protocol for control by third-party equipment, supports 5 independent TCP channels, enabling automated operation.

9. Optical anti-collision technology and dynamic anti-collision technology are used to double protect the robotic crane for safe operation.

10. Comes standard with a visual electronic level fine-tuning system, precision up to 0.01 degrees, adapts to high-precision virtual XR data.
