RB12CR2 Robotic Crane

The SEEDER RB12CR2 robotic crane system is developed for automatic shooting of AR, VR, XR, MR or real scene in various broadcast studios, remote photography, government, education, event live and so on. Optical and dynamic collision avoidance technology makes the equipment run safety and stably. Features such as anti shake technology, noise reduction technology and AI curvilinear motion technology ensure the shooting of complex motion video and meet every need of professional broadcast television studios. The robotic control panel can control 8 axis motions of XYZ, robotic pan tilt head, zoom, focus and aperture through the network. It can control up to 8 robotics, preset 32 programs, 16 sequences, 256 scenes. The system includes two sets of control systems, namely built-in and external, which can be quickly switched for use. It comes with an emergency operation button as standard. It allows an operator to easily create dynamic moves such as W or S without losing camera orientation. The saved movements can be triggered with just one click. or even automatically. New movements can be created within minutes and existing movements can be modified easily.

1. Anti-shake technology

2. According to the starting point position and motion time, automatically calculate the curve motion trajectory and motion acceleration/deceleration function, and can achieve smooth curve motion of 16 consecutive points.

3. Absolute value encoders record motion positions and tracking data with a tracking accuracy of <0.000043° (8,300,000/360°). There is no accumulated error in the tracking data even after multiple power on/off cycles, and one-time calibration.

4. Support Canon and Fujinon full servo lenses, control zoom, focus and aperture functions, and retrieve the lens built-in tracking data.

5. Automatically synchronize motor tracking latency by identifying built-in lens tracking data latency, and output synchronized tracking data.

6. Simultaneously outputs high-precision FREE-D tracking data via RS422 and network-directed UDP for seamless integration with AR, VR, XR, MR devices.

7. Standard TCP/IP network protocol for control by third-party equipment, enabling automated operations. 

8. AI auto targeting stage scene.

9. Canon and Fujinon full-servo lenses enable AI auto-focus during simultaneous crane and head movement for shooting.

10. Customizable limits for the crane body's vertical (up, down), horizontal (left, right) positions, and the head's pan and tilt position limits. Optical anti-collision technology and dynamic anti-collision technology are used to double protect the robotic crane for safe operation.

11. The equipment body features an independent control unit, allowing it to operate without a control panel.
