The group established its SEEDER brand in 2014, specializing in the R&D, production, and global marketing of professional broadcast television products. It operates three R&D centers and production bases in Hangzhou, Zhongshan, and Qingdao, offering ten product series including Studio Automation Systems, ST2110 IP, Robotic Camera Systems, UE ST2110 IP Graphics, Networking Prompter System, Virtual Tracking Heads, Pedestals, Tripods, Lighting, and Audio. Beijing SEEDER UHD Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for global marketing.
From 2019 to 2022, SEEDER established strategic partnerships with Vizrt and EPIC Games, developing automated studio content access, playlist automation generation system, and intelligent graphics, providing broadcast television users with a full-process studio automation system solutions.
In November 2022, SEEDER completed the development of its x86 architecture ST 2110 IP SDK, fully leveraging the computing power of CPU instruction sets and GPU CUDA acceleration.
By 2023, SEEDER had developed five core technologies: Studio Automation Systems, IP-ST2110 Solutions, Robotic Camera Systems, Networking Prompter System, and IP Graphics.
In April 2024, SEEDER introduced a full range of IP products based on its self-developed ST 2110 SDK, including switchers, gateways, multi-viewers, recorders, video servers, delayers, transcoders, CG graphics, AR/VR graphics, VideoWall graphics, and other full ecosystem IP products. Notable features introduced for the first time include software-defined functionality, unlimited direct switching, loop preview, and distributed audio mixing.
In February 2025, following a year of IP software upgrades, nine ST 2110 products passed certification by China’s National Radio and Television Administration and were officially launched to the global market. In August, Zhejiang Satellite TV’s UHD intelligent studio, built on SEEDER’s fully self-developed IP system, was commissioned. In September, SEEDER’s IP solutions were successfully deployed in Germany, Poland, Russia, the UAE, Egypt, and other international markets.
