RB18CR3 Robotic Crane

The third-generation robotic crane system RB30CR3 adopts upgraded robotic pan / tilt head and new robot chassis, and the electronic level system is equipped as standard. The system can automatically run shooting of AR, VR, XR, MR or real scene in various broadcast studios, remote photography, government, education, event live and so on. Optical and dynamic collision avoidance technology makes the equipment run safety and stably. Features such as anti shake technology, noise reduction technology and AI curvilinear motion technology ensure the shooting of complex motion video and meet every need of professional broadcast television studios. The robotic control panel can manage the crane's movement in XYZ directions, the robotic pan-tilt head, zoom, focus and aperture via network control. Supports up to 8 robotic shooting devices, stores up to 32 programs, each with 16 sequences and 16 scenes per sequence, allowing a total of 8,192 editable scenes. The system includes two sets of control systems, namely built-in and external, which can be quickly switched for use. It comes with an emergency operation button as standard. It allows an operator to easily create dynamic moves such as W or S without losing camera orientation. The saved movements can be triggered with just one click. or even automatically. New movements can be created within minutes and existing movements can be modified easily. Seamlessly integrates with studio control systems like SEEDER SEEART, Vizrt MOSART, ROSS Overdrive, and GrassValley, supports graphic systems such as Vizrt, Avid (Orad), Brainstorm, UE5, and more.

Technical Instruction

1. 8 axis motions (left/right & up/down & back/forth of the jib, pan tilt head, zoom, focus and aperture). The camera won't accumulate errors after repeated movements.

2. The total length of the jib is 3.00m-4.23m. The telescopic range of the front jib boom is 1.95m-2.85m. The telescopic range of the rear jib boom is 1.05m-1.38m. It can be manually adjusted.

3. Payload of the Pan & Tilt Head: 18kg

4. Overall Weight:192kg

5. Power:220V,300W

6. Noise Volume:<20dB

7. Customizable limits for the crane body's vertical (up, down), horizontal (left, right) positions, and the head's pan and tilt position limits.

8. Seamlessly switches between manual and automatic modes, continuously outputting Free-D tracking data.
