Technical Instruction
1. Three-section hexagonal lifting column, straight or curved track sections. The dolly can move up/down, left/right, forwards/backwards, and the robotic head can move in pan, tilt, zoom, focus, iris, that is, a total of 8 axis motion. It can precisely position motion trajectories and adjust motion speeds, as well as arbitrarily record positions. There will be no accumulated errors after repeated camera movements.
2. Maximum payload (head) is 30kg, supports mainstream cameras and small teleprompters.
3. Multi-function chassis, easy to move; total weight ~80kg.
4. Input: 220V AC, ≤700W
5. Noise Volume: <40dB
6. Track length 2m, width 360mm, height adjustable 20mm.
7. Safety features: travel indicator lights, lateral anti-derailment wheels, end stop buffers, end limit sensors, obstacle avoidance LiDAR.
Movement Specifications
Head Pan: ±720°, 0-60°/s, 0.001° precision
Head Tilt: ±60°, 0-60°/s, 0.001° precision
Head Lifting: 1100-1940mm, 0-300mm/s, 0.001mm precision
Zoom/Focus: 0-52mm/s, 0.001mm precision
The robot movement adapts to the track length. Travel speed: 0–2000mm/s, minimum turning radius: 2.5m
1. Professional start-stop anti-shake technology ensures stable and usable footage during rapid starts and stops. Maximum operating speed: 2 m/s, no noticeable shake at speeds below 1 m/s.
2. Automatically calculates motion curves, acceleration/deceleration, and timing from the start position and duration, supporting smooth 16-node curvilinear motion.
3. Absolute value encoders record motion positions and tracking data with a tracking accuracy of <0.000043° (8,300,000/360°), and one-time calibration. There is no accumulated error in the tracking data even after multiple power on/off cycles.
4. Support Canon and Fujinon full servo lenses, control zoom, focus and iris functions, and retrieve the lens built-in tracking data. Automatic lens delay.
5. Simultaneously outputs high-precision FREE-D tracking data via RS422 and network-directed UDP for seamless integration with AR, VR, XR, MR devices.
6. Virtual compensation calibration function utilizes robotic motors to compensate for tracking data motion based on virtual error values.
7. BB external sync / SDI internal sync with loop-through.
8. Standard TCP/IP protocol enables third-party automation control.
9. The base contains an independent control unit that can operate without a control panel.
10. Optical collision avoidance technology is adopted. The collision avoidance distance can be set according to user needs. When the collision avoidance system is triggered, the equipment can complete braking within 20mm.
11. Program storage: 32 programs × 16 sequences × 16 scenes = 8192 scenes, with scene file import/export/backup.
1. Professional-grade crane operation, no manual handling.
2. Standardizes open/close shots for news and feature programs.
3. Delivers highly accurate image synchronization for AR/VR productions.
4. Provides professional tracking data for large-scale real-virtual productions.
5. Supports OB van and large studio automated camera positions.
6. Delivers effective telephoto stabilization for UHD shooting.
7. Reduces operator error during critical live events.
