RB30VH3-PT50 Pedestal Pan/Tilt Head
The SEEDER RB30VH3-PT50 pedestal robotic pan-tilt head system features a U-type robotic pan-tilt head and supports fully automated, intelligent camera movement. Designed for professional broadcast-level production, it is ideal for real-scene and virtual production (AR, VR, XR, MR) in studios or live event environments. The robotic head ensures smooth motion starts and stops without any shake, delivering high-quality footage. Operating at <20 dB, meeting the demands of professional studios.
When using a telephoto lens, the system effectively stabilizes footage to eliminate shake. Leveraging AI-based automation, it generates motion trajectories with up to 16 movement nodes based on motion time and distance, enabling continuous multi-point smooth curvilinear movements for capturing complex motion paths.
It supports the full range of Canon and Fujinon full-servo lenses with B4 mounts, enabling control over zoom, focus, and iris. Real-time zoom and focus tracking data can be retrieved through the lens’s digital cable. The system also automatically adjusts motor delay based on tracking latency across different lens brands, enabling precise synchronization. The system uses black burst sync and outputs 23-bit FREE-D tracking data exceeding 8.3 million/360°, via both RS422 and network-directed UDP, with support for customizable UDP ports. Compatible with Vizrt, ZD, Brainstorm, UE5, and other hybrid virtual production systems.
The system features a modular design, allowing assembly within 10 minutes. Absolute encoders, ready in 10 s, no calibration required — ideal for studios and large-scale live events. It supports standard TCP/IP network protocols, and third-party control integration. Fully compatible with SEEDER SEEART, Vizrt MOSART, ROSS Overdrive, and GrassValley IGNITE automation control systems.
The control software manages head pan/tilt, and lens zoom/focus/iris. It supports up to 8 robotic systems, with 32 programs × 16 sequences × 16 scenes (8,192 total scenes). Features include smooth curve and reverse motion, scene import/export, and dedicated UIs per program. Zero-point position and motion limits for the robotic head can be customized to ensure operational safety. The system includes both built-in and external control units for fast switching, and comes standard with an emergency stop button.
