AICW1.0 (Intelligent Urban Weather Forecast Production System)

The Intelligent Urban Weather Forecast Production System is based on raw data messages, which are automatically read to retrieve the latest forecast data and processed for visualization. The system automatically matches the appropriate town forecast templates and integrates meteorological data, generating screen effects such as sunny, rainy, snowy, thunderstorm, etc., with corresponding particle effects and simulated weather sound effects.

It also supports content editing, including importing messages and manually correcting meteorological data. The system supports real-time SDI rendering output, automatically synthesizing program elements such as opening and closing credits, town forecasts, voice-over narration, and background music. It features neural network-based simulated human voiceover, with advanced custom versions allowing users to learn and simulate host voices for narration with neural network technology. The system also provides accompanying template designs for programs.

The system adopts the UNREAL ENGINE 5.5.2 real-time UHD 3D VR/AR rendering engine. It supports dual 12G-SDI input and dual 12G-SDI output, with an open control protocol that enables automatic content and template loading via the network, as well as on-demand broadcast control triggering to achieve studio automation. The system utilizes advanced HD real-time 2D/3D rendering hardware to produce high-quality renderings of image/video mixed templates and provides HD fill signals and key signals to the core switcher, ensuring that video output meets industry-level 3A-class effects. Key technologies include Lumen dynamic global lighting and reflection systems, Nanite virtualized micro-polygon geometry systems, and virtual shadow mapping. The blueprint system allows users to design without writing code.

The system is built on Windows 11 64-bit, with a user-friendly interface. It uses a modular software design that can be flexibly expanded based on user needs. The system supports a wide range of visual effects, offering novel graphic styles, and conveys greater amounts of information through its displays. It also supports real-time opening window effects and the insertion of HD video clips.

CG Graphics Features:

The system supports unlimited-layer broadcast control and switching relationships between graphic elements. This means that the number of elements (images, text, videos, 3D objects) in various CG graphics scenes is only limited by rendering capacity, with no system restrictions. These elements can be placed in independent layers, which can be controlled separately, ensuring non-interference with other layers. Predefined switching relationships ensure that overlapping or conflicting elements from other layers are automatically moved to avoid broadcasting errors. The system's flexibility allows for unlimited switching relationships, ensuring safe broadcast control. The independent layer control and switching are implemented within the scene design, simplifying the broadcast process.

The system can render 3D objects, 3D texts, 3D images, and 3D curves in real-time and allows for on-the-fly changes during the broadcast. It supports various video file formats such as AVI, MPEG4, MPGE2, MOV, H.264, FLASH, WMV, etc. The system features real-time anti-aliasing for the entire scene, hardware acceleration capabilities, 32-bit true color, and pixel-level light sources.
