Utilizing Unreal Engine 5.5 real-time 3D rendering engine, featuring dual 100Gb network I/O. Utilizing advanced real-time 2D/3D rendering hardware, it delivers high-quality real-time rendering of HD graphics, text, and video templates, providing broadcast-grade fill and key signals for the video switcher. Cutting-edge technologies such as Lumen dynamic global illumination, Nanite virtualized micro-polygon geometry, and virtual shadow mapping ensure superior visual effects. The Blueprint system allows operators to create workflows without coding. Running on Windows 11 64-bit, it supports external data connections, including weather, stock market, SMS, and traffic updates via ODBC, XML, RSS, etc.
For AR/VR studio production, it dynamically adjusts tracking and lens parameters to seamlessly integrate virtual objects into real-world environments. The system supports multiple virtual cameras for simultaneous real-time display, enabling real-time control, local scene previews, and smooth camera switching without animation jumps. External triggers can activate animations, while virtual lighting parameters such as direction, emission points, and color can be adjusted in real time. Software depth-of-field allows background defocusing when focusing on the presenter.
For CG graphics, it supports unlimited-layer playout control and layer-based element switching, allowing independent control of images, text, videos, and 3D objects without system-imposed limits (only constrained by rendering performance). The pre-defined switching logic prevents overlapping conflicts, ensuring broadcast safety. Layer-based playout and switching are configured during scene design, simplifying on-air operations.
For studio video wall graphics, the system provides real-time high-quality rendering of mixed graphics and video templates, outputting 4x 4K DP signals to video processors.
Broadcast Safety & Redundancy
A main-backup playout safety mechanism ensures reliability. The control workstation and rendering engine are connected via cross-linked Ethernet, with both main and backup units featuring identical rendering and control machines supporting real-time hot standby failover. In case of master failure, the backup system seamlessly takes over, ensuring uninterrupted broadcast graphics playout.
Automation & Integration
Through network protocol-based triggering, the system automatically loads content and templates, generates instances, and schedules on-air events, enabling fully automated studio workflows.
