July in Hangzhou is scorching hot, with temperatures soaring above 40 degrees Celsius, but the enthusiasm of our partners remained undeterred. From July 6th to 8th, SEEDER successfully hosted a three-day 2024 Second Domestic Sales and Service Sites Cooperation Conference at its headquarter in Hangzhou. Seventeen partners from across the country gathered to learn about and exchange ideas on our products, market strategies, sales, and service tactics, as well as to discuss future developments.

In June, SEEDER launched a plan to establish additional sales and service sites within China, initially setting up 12 sites. The original plan was to add 10 more sites in July, but we exceeded expectations, increasing the number to 17. By the end of August, we anticipate achieving nationwide coverage for sales and service sites.

SEEDER Current Nationwide Sales and Service Sites

SEEDER provides comprehensive system training on our core competitive products, including studio automation systems, X86 architecture ST2110 IP products, and robotic camera systems. The training also covers sales strategies, system installation and debugging, and after-sales service. This all-around learning and exchange aim to help our partners achieve greater success in promoting and applying our innovative technologies.

The conference officially established 17 new sales and service site partners in 15 regions, including Beijing, Tianjin, Guangxi, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, Sichuan, Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, and Jilin, as SEEDER’s second batch of domestic sales and service sites. We strive to achieve the goal of providing 24-hour service response and 2-hour on-site service to provincial and sub-provincial TV stations.

Notably, this batch of sites includes coverage in western regions such as Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai, and Inner Mongolia, significantly enhancing the service experience for customers in these areas, ensuring they receive timely support and services.
