SEEDER Annual Meeting & 2026 Domestic and International Sales Strategy Conference Successfully Held
From February 2 to 4, 2026, SEEDER successfully held its Annual Summary Meeting alongside the 2026 Domestic and International Market Sales Strategy Conference. Centered on annual review, strategic analysis, technical sharing, and team engagement, the event fostered broad consensus in a pragmatic and efficient atmosphere, clearly defining the direction for the company’s next stage of development.

Management Insights: Focusing on Domestic Innovation, Markets, and Long-Term Growth

At the opening of the conference, Mr. Zhu Changrui, President of SEEDER, delivered a comprehensive overview of the company’s future direction from a strategic perspective, drawing on global broadcast industry trends and changes in overseas markets.
Based on long-term observation of international markets, continuous industry exchanges, and close communication with overseas partners and local market ecosystems, SEEDER has developed a clearer and more pragmatic understanding of the global evolution toward UHD, IP, and automated broadcasting.
Authentic feedback from frontline markets has further clarified SEEDER’s strengths in technology pathways, product architecture, and system-level capabilities. The company has firmly established a development direction centered on its self-developed SDK X86 architecture ST 2110 IP products, while continuously strengthening overall system integration and solution capabilities.
Facing diverse market environments and application scenarios, SEEDER will continue to uphold a long-term mindset—committing to what is difficult yet right—while increasing sustained investment in key technologies. With technical focus and an international perspective, the company will keep optimizing products and solutions around real customer needs, steadily expanding more sustainable market opportunities.

Against the backdrop of ongoing technological evolution in the industry, Mrs. Gan Meijun, General Manager of SEEDER, reviewed the company’s phased transformation from both market and organizational perspectives. She noted that SEEDER has steadily transitioned from its 1.0 phase into the 2.0 era—evolving from a single-product supplier into a comprehensive, ecosystem-oriented provider of broadcast-grade production solutions.
In this new phase, the company is placing greater emphasis on continuous improvement of product capabilities and delivery quality. By refining core products over the long term and enhancing its solutions and service systems, SEEDER is strengthening its foundational capabilities to meet real project and customer demands.
She further emphasized that in the 2.0 era, the sales organization must complete a cognitive upgrade—from product-oriented thinking to solution-oriented thinking. Sales roles are expected to evolve into technical sales engineers, with deeper product and technical understanding, closer engagement with project sites, and stronger alignment with customer needs—laying a solid foundation for the company’s steady long-term growth.

Focusing on the ongoing evolution of the X86 architecture ST 2110 IP technology framework, Mr. Sun Quanxing, Chief R&D Engineer, shared milestone achievements in key technologies and system-level product capabilities from a development perspective.
Based on SEEDER’s self-developed SDK, the X86 ST 2110 IP intelligent studio solution has been stably deployed across multiple projects in both domestic and international markets. In 2025, SEEDER’s IP products fully passed MA/CNAS authoritative testing and certification, and the company also obtained patents related to IP studio systems. Meanwhile, the project “Research and Application of Key Technologies for a Full-Process Automated Collaborative Studio Service Platform” successfully passed acceptance under the provincial-level major science and technology program “Lingyan.”
Amid a complex and evolving external environment, the R&D team continues to maintain focus and technical discipline, steadily advancing the evolution of high-value, technology-intensive products.
Live Connection to Qingdao: Frontline Insights into Robotic Camera Systems and Intelligent Manufacturing

During the annual meeting, the conference connected online with Mr. Yang Hao, General Manager of SEEDER’s Qingdao factory. Focusing on the development of robotic products, Mr. Yang shared the Qingdao team’s ongoing investment and hands-on exploration in intelligent camera robotics and AI technologies.
In 2025, SEEDER’s robotic camera support systems were deployed in major events such as the military parade and the National Games, successfully meeting the stringent requirements of high-standard and high-stability production environments.
Through the live connection, participants were also given a real-time look at the new Qingdao factory’s production lines, R&D and manufacturing environment, and team culture. This provided a vivid demonstration of SEEDER’s solid foundation in intelligent manufacturing and scalable delivery capabilities, offering a clear view of how technology moves from R&D to real-world application.
Team Building & Recognition: Honoring Companions on the Journey
During the team-building session, Mr. Zhu Changrui and Mrs. Gan Meijun expressed special appreciation to employees who have served the company for 20, 15, 10, and 5 years, as well as to newly joined team members. They recognized the dedication and contributions of colleagues who have grown alongside SEEDER at different stages of its development.
United Forward into the New Year
For SEEDER, 2026 marks a pivotal year of advancement in its globalization journey. The company has relocated its Global Sales Center from Hangzhou to Beijing, establishing Beijing as the core hub to coordinate domestic and international market development. This move further strengthens SEEDER’s global sales and service framework, laying a solid foundation for expanding overseas markets while deepening localized service capabilities.
With a clear direction and shared commitment, SEEDER moves into the new year with confidence and determination.
