Technical Instruction

1. Three-section hexagonal lifting column, diameter 180–256mm. Supports 6-axis motion: lift, pan, tilt, zoom, focus, and iris. Motion path and speed can be precisely controlled, and positions recorded. No cumulative error after repeated movement.

2. Precision mechanical lift system with elevation range of 880–1680 mm, accuracy up to 0.001mm.

3. Payload: 18 kg (head), compatible with mainstream cameras.

4. Multifunctional robotic base for mobility; system weight: ~70kg.

5. Input: 220V AC, ≤300W.

6. Operating noise: <40dB, suitable for studio live broadcasting.

Movement Specifications

1. Head Pan: ±350°, 0-60°/s, 0.001° precision

2. Head Tilt: ±120°, 0-60°/s, 0.001° precision

3. Head Lifting: 880-1680mm, 0-300mm/s, 0.01mm precision

4. Zoom/Focus: 0-52mm/s, 0.001mm precision

1. Professional start-stop anti-shake technology, ensuring stable footage during rapid movements.

2. Automatically calculates motion curves, acceleration/deceleration, and timing from the start position and duration, supporting smooth 16-node curvilinear motion.

3. Electronic leveling at the column base for precise VR/AR tracking.

4. Absolute encoders record motion and tracking data with accuracy <0.000043° (8,300,000/360°). No accumulated error after multiple reboots. Pan/tilt calibration data and tracking direction reversal can be configured. No calibration needed after startup for AR/VR transition.

5. Supports Canon and Fujinon full-servo lenses, controls zoom, focus, iris, and retrieves lens tracking data. Automatically identifies lens tracking delay and synchronizes motor tracking delay accordingly.

6. Outputs high-precision FREE-D tracking data simultaneously via RS422 and UDP, compatible with AR, VR, XR, MR systems.

7. Virtual compensation calibration function corrects motion tracking based on system error.

8. BB external sync / SDI internal sync with loop-through.

9. Standard TCP/IP protocol enables third-party automation control.

10. Built-in OS and 7-inch touchscreen; operates independently without an external panel.

11. Program storage: 32 programs × 16 sequences × 16 scenes = 8192 scenes, with scene file import/export/backup.

1. Professional-grade crane operation, no manual handling.

2. Standardizes open/close shots for news and feature programs.

3. Delivers highly accurate image synchronization for AR/VR productions.

4. Provides professional tracking data for large-scale real-virtual productions.

5. Supports OB van and large studio automated camera positions.

6. Delivers effective telephoto stabilization for UHD shooting.

7. Reduces operator error during critical live events.

8. Enables smooth remote operation over IP networks.
